Future Leaders’ Conference

The Future Leaders’ Conference (FLC) brings together young people of diverse ethnic, cultures, faiths, and religious communities from all around Nepal to become catalyst for peace, reconciliation, and engagement.

Held over 5 for days, it is an intensive programme that teaches key leadership skills and develops the capabilities of young people through keynote speakers, panel discussions, workshops and many more.

The conference also facilitates small group discussions between youth from various tribal backgrounds to work towards breaking negative stereotypes and increasing respect for one-another.

By the end of the conference, the youth will have developed lasting friendships across divides and will continue growing the movement where they live. The youths become agents of peace building. FLC focuses on positive change and self-transformation.
