Nepal Unites focuses on empowering and uplifting diverse groups across Nepal, ensuring inclusive participation in leadership, peacebuilding, and social transformation. The key target beneficiaries include:

Youth (18-35 years old) : Young leaders, students, and activists from diverse backgrounds who seek leadership training, peacebuilding skills, and opportunities for social transformation.

Marginalized Communities : Women, Madhesi, Dalits, Muslims, Indigenous groups, persons with disabilities, LGBTIQA+, and other underrepresented groups who need empowerment and advocacy support.

Community Leaders & Change-makers : Local leaders, emerging leaders, grassroots activists, religious leaders and emerging voices working toward social justice, reconciliation, and community development.

Community-Based Organizations : Grassroots organizations and local leaders working towards peacebuilding, gender equality, social cohesion, and social justice.

Educational Institutions & Students : Schools, colleges, and universities where students are engaged in leadership programs, peace education, and social impact initiatives through extra curricular activities.

Interfaith & Multicultural Groups : Religious leaders, faith-based communities, and cultural groups promoting interfaith harmony, mutual understanding and unity.
